Hauser’s Cove is a new subdivision, in a secluded cove, on the northwest shores of Buck Lake, Alberta. The development is in a beautiful natural surrounding – lake and countryside.
All lots are one-half acre with underground services. The total project consists of 65 one-half acre lots. The development sits on approximately 90 beautifully treed acres.
There will be NO development north of lot 43 because it neighbors the Crown Land Wildlife Preserver. On our East side property boundary, there will be NO development, due to County Easement. About 1/3 of the shoreline is crown land, so the wildlife and birds are abundant!
Our half acre lots have a variety of beautiful big trees, giving you privacy and seclusion. We have several lakefront and creek-side lots that will accommodate a wide range of homes and lifestyles.
The village of Buck Lake is just 5 paved kms away from Hauser’s Cove and provides many services such as grocery, fuel, liquor and hardware stores.
All lots have easy access to the lake, trails, the boat launch and docks.
